Before bringing your pet for care

1. Vaccination for dogs and cats

Dogs: We require that dogs have a valid vaccination for parvo, canine distemper & infectious hepatitis, as well as the rabies vaccine. We also recommend vaccination against kennel cough (parainfluenza virus).

Exceptions can be discussed if it is not possible or practical to vaccinate your pet.

We also take care of puppies, but we recommend that they have had their first vaccinations.

Cats: We require that cats have a valid vaccination for feline panleukopenia & feline respiratory diseases (herpesvirus and calicivirus).

For outdoor cats, we recommend deworming.

2. Behavioral issues

Please inform us of any behavioral issues to prevent accidents and to help us prepare accordingly. For example, special sensitivities or fears, resource guarding, or escape tendencies.

3. Pet supplies

We use the hotel's own food and water bowls. The hotel also provides beds, mats, and toys, but if you prefer, you can bring your pet's familiar items such as their own bed, toy, blanket, etc.

Please also remember to bring your dog’s secure and intact harness or collar, as well as a leash. For your dog’s safety, we prefer using regular leashes instead of retractable leashes.

4. Care agreement

The care agreement can be filled out in advance and brought with your pet, or if necessary, it can be completed on-site.
